Included in your Concierge Comprehensive Care Model:

​The membership fee is for non-covered services, amenities, and enhanced healthcare support that are not reimbursed by insurance. These services are designed to extend beyond traditional insurance-based primary care and may include personalized health planning, wellness support, and additional testing and physician guidance based on individual needs and goals. Not all services are recommended or necessary for every patient.
Grip Strength Testing: A simple, validated measure of muscle strength that provides insight into overall aging, mobility, and long-term health outcomes.
​Body Composition Testing: This testing provides measuring body fat, lean muscle mass, visceral fat, and body water. Unlike a standard scale, it helps us understand the quality of your weight, allowing us to monitor muscle gain, fat loss, and metabolic health over time to guide nutrition, exercise, and longevity strategies.
Evidence-Based Longevity Counseling: Guidance on strategies proven to extend health span and improve quality of life, including exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress. 
​Exercise Assessment & VO₂ Max Testing: This test assesses your current fitness level and measures your VO₂ max, the gold standard for evaluating cardiovascular fitness and aerobic capacity. VO₂ max is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health and longevity. By tracking this important metric over time, we can create individualized exercise prescriptions, and help you safely improve endurance, metabolic health, and overall physical performance.
The Cascade Concierge Choice program is not a substitute for insurance. The fee for the program covers the specialized screenings as described here. Any additional services outside of what is detailed here are the patient’s financial responsibility. Patients may pay for their membership annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly, and may receive a prorated refund of their membership fee. If you have received the annual concierge exam, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the Membership Agreement for more information.
