Included in your Concierge Comprehensive Preventive Exam:

Services included in your Concierge Comprehensive Preventive Exam are tailored to your individual health needs and may change at the discretion of your physician. Not all services are recommended or necessary for every patient. This list is not fixed and may be modified at any time by your physician based on medical recommendations and your preferences.
Comprehensive Preventive Care Review and Exam: In addition to your Annual Wellness Visit covered by insurance, you will receive a detailed review of your current health status, risk factors, and lifestyle, along with individualized recommendations for preventive screenings based on the most up-to-date medical guidelines.

Evidence-Based Longevity Counseling: Guidance on strategies proven to extend health span and improve quality of life, including exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.

Complete Skin Cancer Screening Exam: A head-to-toe evaluation of your skin to identify suspicious moles, lesions, or other early signs of skin cancer.
Advanced Lab Testing Catered to Individual Needs (ex: Cardio IQ, Quest Diagnostics): A specialized cholesterol and particle analysis that offers a more precise assessment of cardiovascular risk compared to a standard lipid panel.

Grip Strength Testing: A simple, validated measure of muscle strength that provides insight into overall aging, mobility, and long-term health outcomes.

Resting Electrocardiogram (EKG): A baseline cardiac test that evaluates heart rhythm, electrical activity, and helps detect hidden or silent heart conditions.

Spirometry (if indicated): A breathing test that measures lung function to screen for asthma, COPD, or other respiratory issues.

The Cascade Concierge Choice program is not a substitute for insurance. The fee for the program covers the specialized screenings as described here. Any additional services outside of what is detailed here are the patient’s financial responsibility. Patients may pay for their membership annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly, and may receive a prorated refund of their membership fee. If you have received the annual concierge exam, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the Membership Agreement for more information.
